Epsilon ran Intent Messaging alongside our Epsilon Digital retention program to ensure customers were being reached in their preferred channel. Amplification meant the brand was able to message consumers who never saw a digital impression.

Epsilon Digital delivered 11.5 million impressions to site abandoners that aren't email subscribers. Those impressions drove $3.2 million in revenue.

On top of Digital efforts, Epsilon Intent Messaging deployed 100K abandonment messages, driving $800K in revenue.

76% of email attributions received no digital impressions, demonstrating the value of a dual effort. For only $120K in Intent Messaging investment, the combined Digital + Intent program drove $4M in abandonment revenue.
