Meet Kevin Elwood

Kevin is Managing Director, Client Services. His team is focused on building strong client relationships and delivering results.

My role
I’m responsible for the Financial Services, Insurance, and Telecommunications verticals, along with a segment of the automotive vertical. My team is focused on building strong client relationships, based on delivering the results they require.

My story
Prior to joining Epsilon, I worked for KPMG and subsequently held a series of management positions within both large and small companies.

I’ve been with Epsilon for over fifteen years and have spent the majority of that time managing teams providing integrated marketing, system development, campaign management, e-mail, service bureau, data analysis, analytic consulting, marketing consulting, creative, and print production services.

Until 2012, I was responsible for all North American database and digital relationships including integrated online and offline accounts. In 2012, I took on the role of COO where I was responsible for the financial performance and operational effectiveness of a $500MM segment of Epsilon’s business.

Outside work, I like to travel and hang out with my wife and three children. I also like to ski, run, bike, swim, cook and eat (my family joins me for skiing, cooking and eating but I am on my own for biking and running!)

My philosophy
