At Epsilon, we cherish every opportunity to honor our emerging talent, and on National Intern Day, we proudly highlight our innovative Internship Program. Our 2024 program cohort has 70 interns, comprising of 54 undergraduates and 16 PhD candidates across the Boston, Irving, Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego areas. Epsilon isn't just offering internships—it's cultivating talent, fostering growth, and preparing future leaders in the dynamic fields of marketing and technology.
Lasting 11 weeks, Epsilon's internship program is meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience. We believe that time together is invaluable, so interns are encouraged to spend a few days a week in the office with their teams and peers.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my internship at Epsilon so far! The program is very organized, and I have grown so much closer to my co-workers. Epsilon provides many mentors to help me feel comfortable asking questions and tailoring my internship experience to learn all that I want to learn.

Education lies at the heart of our program. Interns engage in a series of training modules that equip them with practical skills and industry insights. Epsilon ensures interns are well-prepared for the challenges of the professional world with specialized workshops like 'Owning your Internship' and 'Resume Building' that provide personal and professional growth opportunities, setting them up for success.
Our internships aren't just about learning—they're about building relationships that last. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor, offering personalized guidance and support throughout their journey. From 1:1 mentorship sessions to 'Leader Meet and Greets' and cross-agency networking events, interns forge connections with industry leaders and peers alike. Panels featuring recent graduates provide insights into career pathways, empowering interns to envision what their future could look like at Epsilon. Interns are also encouraged to participate in company events hosted by our Epic teams to make their experience meaningful and fun.
A highlight of the internship so far is the company cruise hosted by EPIC since it really showcases the people-first culture of Epsilon. I cannot wait to carry the skills I got from this experience into my professional career.

I have been having a great time during my internship so far! I enjoy how important we feel as an intern. There are so many organized events for us, which are all very helpful. With meetings as simple as “How to use Microsoft Teams”, it shows that we are valued, and that Epsilon truly does want us to learn and grow as corporate professionals.
