Epsilon Gives Back to make a difference in our communities

To celebrate the season of giving and gratitude this year, Epsilon created a special way to amplify the commitments we make to our people, our communities and our clients throughout the year – launching the Epsilon Gives Back campaign.

Epsilon Gives Back encouraged us to do good, give, collaborate and celebrate generosity by engaging and giving back across a variety of charitable acts.

Give by serving

Teams across the globe joined forces to give time, money and goods as part of our 10th Annual Season of Service. Employees could use their Epsilon Volunteer Day to volunteer time at their favorite eligible charity, donate directly to a nonprofit they care about or give items to local nonprofits in their community.

In a matter of weeks, six global teams served 225+ hours, donated over 1,500 goods, collected almost 40 liters of blood and removed 150kgs of plastic and 250kgs of weeds from our lakes.

While we all found different ways to lend a helping hand, we also managed to create a little healthy competition as we aimed to collect the most points. In true Epsilon fashion, at the end of the campaign, a winner was crowned and awarded additional funds to donate to a charity of their choice.

Sometimes one of the simplest yet most impactful ways to give is through making financial contributions. What’s more, when Epsilon employees donate to the organizations, activities and concerns we care most about, our dollars grow! Through the Epsilon Matching Gifts Program, Epsilon matches eligible funds to multiply the collective impact we have across our global communities.

During the Epsilon Gives Back Campaign, we supported 145 unique causes, and Epsilon will donate matched funds to those employee-supported causes.

Charitable giving not only benefits the wellbeing of others, but it can be a deeply rewarding process that also helps boost one’s personal health and happiness.

The Epsilon Charity Challenge encouraged participants to work with teammates to earn points for tracking physical activity and engaging in charitable acts.

As an organization, over 450 participants across 50+ teams logged nearly 100,000 miles and over 2,000 charitable acts. Like the Season of Service, individuals and teams that earned the most points were rewarded with funds to give to their favorite nonprofit.

Fostering physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as promoting vitality and wellness in our communities, will continue to be a key focus for Epsilon as we continue to find more ways to take care together.

At Epsilon, charitable acts of service have always been core to our values, and we commit to creating pathways to grow cycles of change for our people, our communities, and our clients.

For me, this unwavering investment in touching the lives of those around us is one of the many reasons I’m proud of the work we do at Epsilon. Giving back is not just something we celebrate at the end of the year; it is part of our culture and maintains a priority for the business all year round.
