This August, the Epsilon India office in Bangalore buzzed with a whole new level of activity, enthusiasm and excitement.
Epsilon welcomed the 2022 new grads Batch of ’22, the 139 graduates who started their professional journeys at Epsilon. First jobs have a special place in all our lives, and we wanted to make this experience memorable for them.
We put together a tailored introduction program to help the new grads understand the culture and Epsilon business better and have them be comfortable in their new surroundings, ensure a smooth transition into their new roles and assimilate into the workplace.
After a warm welcome on day 1, the new grads connected with their peers, teammates and leaders as they soaked in the Epsilon culture.
Epsilon leaders including Lakshmana Gnanapragasam, SVP-Analytics, KumKumRaj Swamynathan, SVP-Software Engineering, Kamal Joshi, VP-Campaign Operations, Ganga Ganapathi, VP-Marketing and Client Success, Bopana Ganapathy, VP-Automotive Practice, and Karthik Ganapathy, VP-Account Delivery, interacted with the new employees.
Team building activities, such as a fast-paced scavenger hunt, kept the new grads on their toes, making sure there was never a dull moment during the week.
For V. N. Mridula Raghunandan, who has started her career as a Campaign Analyst in the Messaging team, her first week at Epsilon was a wholesome experience.
“I had two main highlights from the week. One was meeting the leadership team and my colleagues in-person, which made me feel like I truly belong. The second was the fun activities we took part in; it was a great way to meet new people and even pick up new skills,” she said. “After the onboarding experience, I’ve truly realized the value of a comfortable, motivating work environment.”

Chandan Kumar B.N., a new Database Administrator with the CRM-Platform DBA team, shared that he joined Epsilon for the exposure that professionals get here. The employee-friendly culture, the positive work environment and approachable colleagues have left him greatly impressed. He said, “My first week at Epsilon was amazing. It was cheerful and informative. I got to learn more about the organization, my colleagues, and even though I am an introverted guy, I managed to connect with a lot of people, especially during the games and interactive sessions. It was the best start.”
The journey to being #EpicTogether has just started for the Batch of ’22 new grads. They are ready to go and are full of hope and enthusiasm, ideas and creativity and go-getter attitudes we are all too familiar with at Epsilon. Here’s a glimpse of their first week at Epsilon.
